Precision Treatment for Lasting Success

Surgery often entails a series of procedures and even longer recovery times. Fortunately for our patients, many vascular surgical options are minimally invasive, providing you with significant results without a huge impact on your life.

We are committed to employing the latest technology and equipment to maximize our effectiveness in diagnosis and treatment. Our specialists are constantly working to evolve their craft by continuing their education, ensuring you have the best possible diagnostic tools and treatment options. After a full work up and discussion about your individual case, we can design a unique treatment plan. Treatment for venous disease often includes life style changes, use of compression elastic stockings and sometimes even medication. Not all patients require surgical intervention. ONLY A  BOARD CERTIFIED VASCULAR SURGEON can identify more serious underlying conditions, including congenital malformations and peripheral vascular disease. Varicose veins maybe harmless in most cases, but when associated with ulcers, blood clots or diabetes, may lead to serious health complications. Vascular surgeons have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of vascular diseases, making them the optimum choice to evaluate your condition.

We offer a range of procedures to meet your needs, such as:

Sclerotherapy with Polidocanol (liquid or foam): This minimally invasive office procedure,  introduces a sclerosing (tissue-hardening) agent into diseased or unsightly veins. This procedure can be done with transillumination or ultrasound guidance. Within weeks, the veins collapse and are no longer noticeable.

Cutera Excel V Transcutaneous Laser: Using long-pulse laser technology, our surgeons can treat even the smallest, most stubborn instances of spider veins with exacting efficiency and no downtime post-treatment.

Radiofrequency Ablation Therapy for Varicose Veins: An innovative treatment designed to alleviate blood pooling in the lower extremities. This procedure uses a radiofrequency energy catheter to close problem veins and  redirect the blood flow into  healthier veins. This kind of treatment allows shorter recovery time  and can be done in the office or in the  ambulatory surgery center.

Microphlebectomy: When varicose veins are too large for laser treatment or sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy is our procedure of choice. After applying local anesthesia to numb the area, we use micro-incisions to catch and remove the varicose veins. This treatment can also be done in the office or in the ambulatory surgery center.
