Paying For Surgery
Insurance and Payment Options
If you have Health Insurance Policy, the first step would be to verify if your policy covers the treatment or surgery. If you have coverage, we would verify your benefits, and make an appointment for you to consult with the doctor. Upon completion of all necessary pre-operative tests and studies, we would proceed to obtain pre-authorization and approval for surgery. We accept most major Health Insurance Policies including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United HealthCare amongst others.
If you do not have benefit for the surgery in your Health Insurance policy, we would be happy to discuss with you during your office consultation about other options that are available including cash and financing options.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office to discuss financial arrangements and options.
